Expertise & Trust: Your One-Stop Solution for Heating and Cooling Services.

Douglas HVAC Mechanical, Inc. was founded by Douglas Souza, CEO and State Certified AC Contractor (CAC 1819310). For 20+ years, we’ve installed, repaired, and maintained air conditioning and heating systems for homeowners and businesses throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. We’re licensed, family-owned, and based right here in Coconut Creek.

Our customers tell us what matters most: we’re punctual, we respond fast even on short notice, and we’re honest about what your system really needs. You get a flat-rate price before work begins, with no overtime charges, nights and weekends included. We wear shoe covers, lay down mats, and leave your space clean. And we back every job with a simple promise: done right or it’s free. That approach has earned us a 5.0 rating across 300+ Google reviews.

GREAT AC Company!! Have used them multiple times for multiple issues and always get the job done timely and efficiently. Will absolutely recommend it!!

Mindy Perez

Our AC quit working over the weekend and we were referred to Doug. He made it out in a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. We had a fairly old unit, so we were not surprised that we'd need a replacement. Doug was great to deal with, honest, and reasonable with his pricing. We are so happy with our new AC!

Caroline Schilling

The most professional person I have ever had for any service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jordan Kaplan

The unit was under the warranty, he claimed a new unit and replaced in less than 3 hours after the job was completed.
